Two day class

Over the course of two classes, we will break down the painting process and learn how to use resin & color techniques to reinvigorate your painting practice. Each student completes an 8” x 8” painting on glass that goes home with you in a handmade steel frame created by Katie Richardson of Blue Barn Studio. After 1 week, you will bring home your new art, ready to hang and be enjoyed or gifted.

Class Information

• The cost of $165 - all materials provided

• Project will be making 8" x 8" paintings on on glass with steel frames that are easy to hang.

• A maximum of 6 students are accepted for each session.

• The course will consist of 2, 3hr classes — 6hrs

Six Week Course

Students will each receive an 18” x 24” birch wood canvas and create a painting over 6 sessions. Class will be held on Tuesday from 5:30-8:30. We will address drafting a painting, color techniques, and be able to settle into the fun of problem solving through the creative practice of painting.

The cost of $365 - all materials provided

• Project will be making 18" x 24" paintings on birch wood canvases provided for the class

• A maximum of 6 students are accepted for each session.

• The course will consist of 6, 3hr classes each Tuesday evening.

• This class will be offered during the following dates:

  • Tuesday Feb. 5th, Feb. 12th, Feb. 19th, Feb. 26th, March 5th, March 12th
