Friday, November 10th I'll be opening my studio early for the 2017 Open Studios at the Arts & Industry Building. From 5-8pm you can find early previews of new paintings made just for this occasion. I've been working away and being able to cast small canvases out of porcelain powder, and the first paintings will be standing tall...well, actually rather as tall as they can, they're quite small.
November 11th & 12th, Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 5pm, you will find that the entire building is bustling with the energy of hundreds of people wandering around from brilliant studio to studio, asking questions, finding treasures, and perhaps even snacking on some fantastic food that can be found on the 3rd floor. It's an incredible weekend.
In my corner of the world, you will find me in my beautiful, light filled studio pretending it's always "this clean" with paintings of all types and sizes reveling in color, the natural world of skies, plants, and waters, and of course swimmers for stupidly affordable prices. Each piece is loved over carefully into being.
Lovely little 4"x4" original paintings on cast porcelain blocks.
