A forest firefly scene at cobalt dusk is broken by the dancing lights of thousands of fireflies who bloom from the forest floor.
This firefly painting is inspired by wandering the woodlands of Western New England. There's a lot of peace of mind to be found in watching the trees and their magic ecosystems.
Prints arrive with hand-painted details, making each piece one of a kind.
Print Size Available with 1" margin for framing:
THE PRINT: This is a "Giclée" print of the original painting, made with archival pigment inks They are printed with pigment-based inks that pick up all the subtleties and richness of the original and have a 200-year lightfastness. I then hand-paint each print with Acrylic paint, making them one of a kind. Printed on Epson Exhibition Fiber paper with Epson Ultrachrome HDR inks heavyweight and acid-free. Prints are signed beneath the image unless you request otherwise.
SHIPPING: Your print will come protected in a clear plastic sheeting and shipped in a rigid envelope or mailing tube depending on size via Priority mail (2-3 days) domestic, and First Class mail (usually 7-14 days but up to five weeks depending on customs) international.
